I purchased a 2025 cx 5 and Brandon was the sales person who established a great trading value for my 2018 CRV EX. My experience with the service dept doing routine free oil changes [2 so far] have been very good, and Chris Schawb the manager is very easy to talk with regarding my CX5. All in all, Pine Belt Mazda will be my go to dealership for all my mazda needs, even though Toms river is closer to where I live.

The service dept. diagnosed that an odor in the cabin required a new Cabin Air Filter. They charge $77 dollars for a filter that cost $25 max and 2 minutes of work and recommended a cleaning operation that cost $37. Incidentally, they could have told me to try an odor eliminator ($4) which Probably would have worked just fine. The rep did not put me at ease. All around a bad experience. Can't wait for my lease to be up.
The service department staff is professional and very friendly. No complaints from this happy customer.
