The salesman Christian was patient with us and professional. He didn't push us to anything we didn't want it couldn't afford. We got the perfect car at the price we wanted. Also they were available for all my calls backs, while I was learning about my vehicle.

I purchased a 2025 cx 5 and Brandon was the sales person who established a great trading value for my 2018 CRV EX. My experience with the service dept doing routine free oil changes [2 so far] have been very good, and Chris Schawb the manager is very easy to talk with regarding my CX5. All in all, Pine Belt Mazda will be my go to dealership for all my mazda needs, even though Toms river is closer to where I live.

I had a great experience buying a new CX5 2025 model with Anthony. I got a reasonable price. I was happy to pay what I had to pay. The atmosphere here was welcoming. The finance person was also helpful. I would recommend this dealership to others as well.
The service dept. diagnosed that an odor in the cabin required a new Cabin Air Filter. They charge $77 dollars for a filter that cost $25 max and 2 minutes of work and recommended a cleaning operation that cost $37. Incidentally, they could have told me to try an odor eliminator ($4) which Probably would have worked just fine. The rep did not put me at ease. All around a bad experience. Can't wait for my lease to be up.

The general sales manager Matt Clifton as well as Matt Agosto we're beyond helpful when it came to leasing a new car, they made this experience so easy and any questions we had was answered most professionally and yet in a very understandable manner. Brandon was excellent when we bought a car. No complaints. Service center was friendly and helped me with a warranty issue. No hassle. Minus 1 star because the prices they quote for non-warranty issues are outrageous. They sent me a video of my car with the wheels already off and wanted to charge me $140 for a wheel alignment. Would definitely recommend for car buying and warranty service.

My experience bringing in my car for oil change and tire rotation was basically positive although not as cheap as taking it to a garage for the same service. My big issue was that they took my lights off of the auto setting. I was driving at night with NO TAIL LIGHTS. The only way I found out was a friend was following me. Their brights kept flashing me because their auto detector wasn't registering a car in front of them because there were no lights on. That small mistake could have cost me my life.
